Processing Time

Genuine OEM Hisun parts typically take 3-5 business days to process before they ship. Aftermarket parts and accessories ship sooner. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Backorders
OEM parts are sourced from our supplier and may occasionally be backordered. If your item will take longer than 5 business days to process, we will email you with an updated estimate.

Where We Ship
We offer ground shipping on most parts and accessories to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is available at an added cost calculated at checkout. We also ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, with shipping calculated at checkout.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We have no control over carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Hisun is owned by the Chinese Communist Government so they are very slow and hard to deal with. We apologize in advance for your assumed order arrival speed not being met on OEM part orders
